Sasha Latypova, former pharmaceutical industry executive and critic of the COVID-19 vaccine, noted on on her Substack that both the PREP Act and the Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA) must be dismantled by lawmakers before Big Pharma can be held accountable for any of its potential crimes.

It remains to be seen whether Congress will have the stomach to take up the fight with Big Pharma, but one senator has already given the pandemic’s villains “a warning”.

In a recent interview on the Dark Horse Podcast with Bret Weinstein, Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) said that “exposure and accountability” are coming.

“The main reason I ran for office in 2022 for a third term was because no one else was advocating for the vaccine-injured,” the senator said. “[As ranking member], I didn’t have as strong subpoena power as I will have as chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations,” he added.

In addition, Latypova suggested that the incoming Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Robert Kennedy Jr. terminate the PREP Act declarations for COVID and any other “pandemic” emergencies that arise before the current regime leaves office.

District Judge Sam Cummings stated in his ruling that Pfizer is protected under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act.

“Pfizer has committed false, deceptive and misleading acts and practices by making unsubstantiated claims about the company’s COVID-19 vaccine in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act,” Paxton had argued.

The court found that Pfizer’s alleged false claims “did not relate to any ‘trade or commerce’ or any ‘consumer transaction,’ as COVID vaccines are not considered consumer products.

The last word has not been said. On the opposite end, CNN and other pharmaceutical industry spokespeople are campaigning for a vaccine against the full-blown flu.

Dr Leana Wen, CNN’s suspiciously well-connected “COVID expert”, has called on the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to approve a bird flu vaccine before Joe Biden leaves office.

“In fact, a vaccine against H5N1 has already been developed,” Wen declared during a recent broadcast. “The Biden administration has contracted with manufacturers to make nearly 5 million doses of the vaccine. However, they have not asked the FDA to approve the vaccine … They can get this approved now and also get the vaccine out.”

But experts warn, saying the trials have shown greater mortality for the vaccine than the placebo.</p

Epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher warned on X that the vaccine being touted by Wen was shown to be more deadly than the placebo during its clinical trial.

“The bird flu vaccine she wants approved for humans is called AUDENZ, made by CSL Seqirus,” wrote Hulscher, an administrator at the McCullough Foundation.

“Humans injected with the AUDENZ died at a rate of 1 in 200 (0.5%) compared to 0.1% in the placebo group, in one of the clinical trials (Study 3). This deadly injection must NOT be authorised for human use,” he noted.

Meanwhile, cases of turbo cancer are growing and they are being linked to the mRNA vaccines.
